Bridging an age-long disparity
As a Chancellor of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, commonly referred to as UNN, His Imperial Majesty (H.I.M) Ọọ̀ni of Ifẹ̀ is very devoted to the mission of re-enacting the past histories, chronicles, and narratives of African education as an epitome of knowledge dissemination that was widely attested to.
The multifaceted achievement of African scholasticism and scholars that have spanned centuries with massive credit to their dominance has therefore been indisputably acknowledged as lucrative to modern academic/scientific culture. The future of African educational culture should therefore be of immense concern to all those who care about its functionality and symbolism.
Therefore and through Global African Students Education Summit (GASES), OIGO new education culture would become one of the greatest motivation and triumphant initiative to showcase the greatness of African education culture, celebrating its leadership and intellectualism. It would also champion unlimited space to share best practices, creating avenue for networking, connecting in partnership and collaboration with global elite universities, and to build one of the best forums to meet with great African icons in various fields such as business, technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, arts, politics etc.
